Brandi Cervella has spent most of her sales career in the PEO industry. She brings extensive knowledge and many achievements with her as she joins the team here at AdaptiveHR. The fast growth of the cannabis industry caught Brandi’s attention, but she quickly realized the lack of business support the niche industry is receiving. The best way to get involved to help these businesses was to become a trusted advisor and provide the resources, expertise, and the experience needed to be the comprehensive solution for all cannabis business’s needs. AdaptiveHR was founded to service the cannabis ecosystem and to provide a fully integrated and customized payroll, HR, employee benefits, and 401k retirement solutions with the ability to scale for future growth. When the opportunity was presented to be part of the solution, Brandi was thrilled to accept and expand into the cannabis industry.

After spending many years in Cleveland and first gaining her industry experience with the largest Ohio based PEO, Brandi was ready to return to Chicago where she currently resides. In her free time, she enjoys local bands, street festivals, the fine arts, and cheering on her favorite soccer team, Tottenham. In between all that you can find her taking her fury roommate, Lupe, for walks down the River Walk or the Lakefront.
